Christina R asked:
I know that the calories are the same in both organic sugar and white sugar (15 cal per teaspoon), but does white sugar spike your blood sugar more than organic sugar? Does that mean that one would gain more weight with white sugar than with organic? (Not to say that one could have unlimited amounts of organic sugar)

CF91 asked:
Nowadays, many people are switching to “organic” foods. Many companies claim that organic is better, which i do not doubt. But what I want to know is how. Can organic foods really make a difference when it comes to physical health, and in addition when it comes to someone’s psychological health (aka helps with depression and such.)

I know that a lot of people are turning to all organic diets. Is organic food really more nutritious than normal food? Why is non organic food bad for you? Do YOU follow an all organic diet? Why or why not? Thanks.

Sign I asked: Any ideas?
I was thinking– buying some organic unsweetened green tea and getting some organic lemon juice to add flavor. The issue is, I feel that it won’t be all too flavorful without sugar. Any ideas for this?
I would prefer the energy booster to be a drink, but if you have any other tips that would be great

Nicole asked:
I buy organic milk, cheese and eggs so I don’t ingest growth hormones pumped into cows and chickens, but how do the chemicals (like pesticides) in fruits and vegetables affect our bodies and weight loss efforts? What foods should I definitely buy organically?
