		<description>Technically, no, realistically, yes. Here is why:

Most medical schools only require that you complete organic chemistry (usually 6 semester hours and 2 lab hours of it) before you enroll, so theoretically you can take it after you apply and are interviewed, but if you don't finish before you enroll in med school, your acceptance will be rescinded. 

HOWEVER... the huge caveat is that you must take the MCAT before you apply (or within a month or so after you submit the rest of your application) because your MCAT score is *the single most important* factor in deciding whether or not they accept you. Sure you could take the MCAT before you take Ochem, but remember that there is an entire section on the MCAT dedicated to Ochem questions.
