Will asked:
How do I identify organic molecules and name them using the naming rules? How do I draw carbon chains and substituents when given the name?

Usually carbon molecules are named by using a system from IUPAC. I would look up IUPAC and it will tell you a bit on naming compounds.
There are so many carbon compounds that it’s hard to explain simply here. You’ve got alkanes alkenes and alkyns
Ketones
Carboxylic Acids
Aromatics
etc etc etc Jeezy_Creezy
