How long does Tazo Organic Chai Concentrate last in the refrigerator after opening?

I got a 32 oz container of Tazo Organic Chai Concentrate for Christmas, opened it a month ago… the package says “Refrigerate any unused portion and use within the span of 7 days” My husband, a former Starbucks employee, says it is still good. I’m not sure if I believe him?

There is no dairy in it and they recommend that more for flavour issues and your spouse is right, I used it to make Chai Kulfi ice cream and then the remainder at least 2 month later and it was fine, like wine chilling can alter the flavours, but I cannot see it spoiling. The Unknown Chef
