How would you decide if an organic leadership style was appropriate for an organization that you led?

Here’s the situation…
If you were trying to develop an organic, self-led organization, what organizational characteristics would you try to foster to assure that you succeed?

Two primary characteristics to foster would be INTEGRITY and SELF-SUFFICIENCY. For example, if an applicant was the sort to attempt to dupe Y!A users into doing his/her homework for him/her, he/she would make a very poor member for this team. It would be clear that they lacked the integrity and self-sufficiency to make the organically led organization a success.

I assume particitive management vs top down……….
in social settings it works fairly good……………in business organizations…………….top town works
