Is organic popcorn an ok snack to have when having a movie night with friends?
Lauren asked:
Normally they always get junk food and I’m left eating vegetables and fruits, but I wanted to try some organic popcorn and i noticed it has a lot less calories than regular popcorn so would this be an ideal snack for someone on a diet?
Thank you all.

YEs, and you don’t even have to tell them it’s organic, just put it in a bowl - it is good, they won’t know the difference.

What is even better is homemade stove top popcorn. Popcorn is an okay snack for some body types, blood type A will not lose, or gain weight when they eat corn, blood type O will gain weight from eating corn. Easy on the butter an salt, that’s where popcorn becomes really unhealthy.

popcorn is always healthy
as long as you do not drown it in butter or salt
