Is there a difference between organic non slip rug and regular slip rug? are they equally strong?

Costco carries a organic non slip rug and a regular one. Now the regular one is a few dollars MORE, so I started looking into the organic one, but I just thought maybe the organic one is not as strong to hold the carpet in place? Any experiences? or suggestions? thank you.

How will the stimulus bill effect the organic food industry?

As we all know, organic food prices are higher than those of which were conventionally grown. Can the stimulus bill that was just passed help out the organic food industry, therefore lowering down prices? Or will this issue be swept under the carpet?
