4k asked: I have been drinking milk after exercises to help build muscle mass. But I have been drinking organic milk (No hormones, pesticides or antibodies) and I was wondering if it is as beneficial to drink organic milk as it is to drink normal milk?

Colleen A. asked: I realize that organic foods are much gentler on the environment than foods grown or raised with pesticides, hormones, etc.; but are there any HEALTH benefits to eating organic food? Can I still be healthy eating traditional foods?

Ninja Knight asked:
My mom always buy non organic milk instead of organic, because she thinks organic milk health claims are scam for money. I recently heard non organic milk has poisonous chemicals added to it, and that it could cause cancer. Does this mean we should be replacing it with soda or should we continue drinking it. Btw she’s not buying the non organic because of money issues, its because she doesn’t want to spend extra money for something she thinks is nothing.

truth is… asked:
I know that there’s not a big difference between non-organic and organic bananas and avocados, as far as the amount of pesticides and carcinogens stored in the food. However, strawberries and milk have a lot of pesticides, hormones, and all kinds of junk. Which foods contain the most “junk” when they’re not organic?
