How bad does a withdrawal in Organic Chemistry look on your transcript?

I am currently taking Organic Chemistry and not doing too well (neither is the rest of my class). Our last exam average was 30%. The professors I currently have do not teach, and greatly believe in group work, which obviously is not working. If I were to take Organic Chemistry at a later time, would a W (withdrawal) look bad on my transcript when I am applying for Medical School?
