Could I get away with 150? Has anyone ever actually tried this? I know what the FDA would say, shame on me. But if it’s an organic chicken, say one you’ve raised yourself. No risk of cross contamination. What is the lowest possible temp you could cook it to?
I’m not a level two but I wanted to vote for Greenthumb.

Great answer, I known her work. That is exactly what I wanted to know. I was thinking of a whole roast chicken.

Will this soup still be organic?

I am making chicken noodle soup with all natural chicken, organic chicken paste, organic veggies, and regular egg noodles. I couldn’t find organic egg noodles. Is this soup still considered organic?
I’m just making it for my kids, not selling it, but i pride myself in feeding them at least 98% organic.

How to do a £10 small organic chicken justice?

I have recently been converted to organic free range meat. Ive never really cooked whole chicken before, i usually just buy breast meat. Im going to cook a sunday dinner, but want to know how to make my meat juicy and tasty. Does stuffing it make a differnece? Also as you only use the breast for sunday dinner, any suggestions for the rest of the meat?

Thanks
