What are the top, most important, organic products that you buy?

I buy many organic foods. I am now learning about organic products and there importance. What is out there and what do you like, ie brands. I would love to learn more, because the prices can be so high. It would be great to know what to buy and use, not just try. THANK U!!

Free Range eggs.. - infact I have my own hens… honestly growing your own food is best..

Raw, local, unpasteurized honey(has natural antibiotics,supplied by the bees, to keep the honey from rotting in the hive),
loose green tea (go to an oriental store, ask for frozen,loose green tea-it may come from Japan, Korea (both have the finest teas)),
buy foods (veggies,fruit, beans,ect.) from a local farmer’s market,
buy extra-virgin olive oil or fish oil pills (health food stores),
buy unsweetened grape juice.
The brands for these foods really don’t matter; just try to find foods that are natural and the freshest.

Organic peanut butter is really, really yummy. I bought chunky organic, and it is super easy to spread, doesn’t tear up the bread the way normal chunky peanut butter does. Organic apples are really good, too. Honestly, most of the items I’ve tried organic have been better than non-organic. Trader Joe’s has an organic iced tea lemonade drink that is awesome. Organic cheese is really good, too. I look for sales at the grocery stores because sometimes, with the sales, the organic stuff is the same price, or less, than the non-organic items. Remember to look for items with a USDA Organic seal.
For produce, by avoiding the 12 dirtiest fruits and vegetables, or buying them organic, we can lower our pesticide exposure by almost 90%.

Remember that these tests were completed after washing and/or peeling the fruits and vegetables in the manner that most people do, so washing does not necessarily mean your produce will be pesticide free.

Well I know everyone else is going to say fresh organic fruits and veges, but my biggest recommendation after those is my Organic Himilayan Krystal Salt. The stuff is amazing and has more minerals and benefits than I could list. Regular table salt is horrible for you. Its just highly refined sodium chloride leading to all of the well known undesirable side effects. Table salt causes the body to retain water, causing swelling, edema, and cellulite. In my opinion the best salt to use is a natural mineral salt. I have tried many, but the one I have come to like the most is Himalayan Salt. It has almost all of the essential minerals that your body needs and they occur naturally, no added crap. Here is a link to the website where I get mine. I hope this helps you.
