I think it should be ILLEGAL to sell it, but some states allow it. The reason why is because there are at least a dozen known highly contagious diseases, including bovine tuberculosis, which thrive in unpasteurized milk. I think people who drink unpasteurized milk are putting their life in their own hands when they drink it. I highly suggest you avoid it for this reason. Just because someone says the word "ORGANIC" does NOT make the food safe to consume.
