What is the best way to get high organic rankings right away for my website?

Without a link to the sites to check your code I will just mention that you should learn as much about meta-tags as you can, and be sure to impliment that knowledge in your site design. Also take advantage of mis-spelled keywords, and old timers speak.

Meta tags? Please!
He may have been a developer since 1990, but he’s still recommending search engine ranking techniques from then as well. Times have changed, meta tags are meaningless.
