i have to do an essay for my English class on how animal Testing is bad and one of my points i want to make is how it is btr to use organic products instead of using harmful products and testing them on animals in inhumane ways - but i need strong evidence about organic products to back up my statement and make my arguement believable. plz put anything u might no about these subjects.

    Um. Organic products have been produced in American since prehistoric times. It’s only in the last hundred years or so that there has been such a thing as NON-organic products.

    I don’t know what you mean by “product manufacturing” … and how much do they pay for *what*, exactly? What is the “it” in your sentence? rtfm

    Certified organic farms first appeared in the USA in 1978 and 79 as those are the first years that organic farming was codified but there were 50+ different certifiers, each with their own take on organic farming regulations. In 2002 the USDA took over organics with a national rule and all farms certified organic in the USA for the first time all followed the same regulations. It was really after 2002 that the multinational corporations started producing organic foods, mainly by buying out small organic food companies.
