		<description>Because it is "Ultra Pasteurized", a process that is stronger than regular pasteurization..  Ultra Pasteurization kills all the biological critters, good and bad. There is nothing left to make the milk go bad. I figure that kind of milk is dead, and not good for me.

the cost of the organic cra p is not covered and therefor dumped to take advantage of the federal tax breaks for loss.
